TempurPedic in Maryland Heights, Missouri - Hot! Hot! Hot! Throw in some carrots & onions...

Shame on us for not doing our homework. I should have read the reviews before investing such a large sum of money into a mattress...but we wanted (& deserve!) the best! Although it does take awhile to get used to this 'different' kind of mattress, we have had it over a year and I'm not even close. So I am assuming I will never adjust to its uniqueness. This mattress makes my hips hurt like heck and I do believe I can cook a 3 course meal under the covers. This bed runs extremely hot and the heat makes you whoosh the covers on & off at least 100 times a night( hot then cold then hot then cold...well you get the idea) which of course leads to: you got it....No sleep. I actually dread going to sleep on this mattress at night so it is going to another home to make its new owner pretty unhappy..in the meantime we are going to purchase a lot less $$$ inner spring mattress. Ahhhh..just like the good ole' days. Progress doesn't always mean comfort, joy & happiness. Careful what you wish for.....

We have had our tempurpedic about 7-8 yrs. we have had no problems with it, solved hip and back pain, which was the main reason we bought it, however this year the mattress is killing us at nite, so hot, hot, hot.

We can't sleep, I bought a cool pillow to see if it would help, but did not. I have gone back to the store I purchased the mattress from, and they responded like they have never heard of this problem before, I know many people have complained of this problem and would think tempurpedic would have come up with something. The store informed me that they have a new mattress that has a sealer so would not be hot, but nothing for the older mattresses, hopefully these mattresses should last longer than 7-8 yrs.

the store told me to go to Bed Bath and Beyond to see if they have something to cover a mattress.

Very helpful. Hopefully summer will be over soon.

TempurPedic in Cedar Park, Texas - Misled & redirected to avoid 90 warranty promise

We purchased a mattress from TemperPedic - not an entry level model. We purchased two Cloud Select twin XLs with ergonomic bases. I tried more than once to have mine switched out. We had the same problem other customers have expressed - ours are not marked anywhere to tell you what you have in your home. Well within our 90 days, I went to the store to express my dissatisfaction with my mattress several times, & I continued to decide on the same replacement mattress, but the store would not have it. I was given excuse after excuse to tell me what I was doing wrong & preventing myself from enjoying the best mattress on the market. Now, one year later, I have two terribly irritated hips, a consistent sore neck & shoulder. I've developed pain I didn't have before we bought this mattress. No one with TemperPedic will do anything to right this wrong. I'm taking the time to spread my review everywhere that I can find on the web. I don't want anyone else to pay more than $5500 only to find out they are sleeping on a mattress that feels like the hard floor.

Nine years ago we purchased our first memory foam bed, (Simmons ) We were extremely pleased and had the best sleep of our life!! This was when the beds were made of true memory foam... It is with deep disappointment that we attempted to duplicate that feel with the so...

Im not sure why you think Tempurpedic is not true memory foam and Simmons is. I sell both brands and I can tell you, Tempurpedic is the FIRST memory foam.

They are the original innovator of memory foam and anything else is considered knock-off. If you were that happy with the Simmons, perhaps you should have stuck with it?

TempurPedic - Bed Review

Our experience was a little. We went to a retailer (Bedzzzzzzzzz name changed to protect the innocent)in Auburn AL and laid on several beds. The one we pick felt great. Heck I laid on it for 40 minutes. When it was delivered by part time college students there was no paperwork or labels. Called the store the next day and I was assured we had the right one. It has now been a year and I still feel like I am on a brick which is the same as the first day. We gave up with the scam of a store mentioned earlier. Tempor Headache was no help as well. Forget about warranty since there is no damage. Still today we have dismantled the bed to try to find some sort of label or paperwork. Well when I have enough I will set on fire on the street and enjoy that part of this brick. Pretty sad you have to be a buttxxxx to get something corrected.

TempurPedic in Ramsey, New Jersey - Mattress warped in less than 100 days and every morning lower back pain

I purchased a Tempur-Pedic Cloud King back in late Feb 2014. The mattress is warped and actually sinks in the middle. Every morning for the last 2 weeks my wife and I wake up with pains to either our lower back and or legs. I paid $2200 bucks for a mattress that I hoped would give me a good nights sleep and help relieve aches and pains.. Its been the opposite. I would hope that Temper-Pedic would at least allow me to exchange the mattress for another model perhaps and keep me as a customer! A mattress shouldn't be warping in 3-4 months!! Very disappointed

Weighless Supreme Tempurpedic Review

my husband and I bought a weighless supreme tempurpedic 3 months ago. I immediately started having hip pain to the degree that my foot was going numb. I'm a side sleeper. I tossed and turned all night trying to get comfortable. Was also very hot even with the room cold. The mattress store was kind enough to let us switch it out for something else. Went with a Stearns and Foster hand tufted Lux Estate in the plush medium density. Absolutely love it my body feels great and I sleep like a baby! And the materials breath beautifully.

I recently bought two tempur pillows, a travel pillow and tempur cloud pillow, costing almost £150. Next day after using the cloud pillow, I had really sore itchy eyes, a sore throat, mucus production, and severe breathing problems. I noticed my symptoms got worse...

I had a tempurpedic mattress, and pillows. I got so sick from them, that 8 months after it was removed from my home I'm still sick with sinus and asthma issues. The toxic make up of these products should be banned as criminal!

TempurPedic in Sacramento, California - It's Falling Apart

We have a King size with remote adjustments for each side including vibration like massage for each side. The matress is one piece. It has several cracks and actual broken off pieceses. Our bed is in the upstairs bedroom where it tends to be warmer than the downstairs part of the house. The matress tends to sweat and get very hot when you are on it. The matreses has yellowed and is just down right ugly. It is not comfortable as it was at first. It's actually hard. It coast us $5,000.00 with a 20 year warranty. We have had it replaced already once, and we are about to contact them again so they can exchange it again!

TempurPedic in Charleston, South Carolina - Too costly both monetarily and physically

My Tempurpedic cost $3000. After spending 3 yrs paying it off I hate it. It's hot, gives my hip bursitis more pain and I don't know how to unload it. This was a major investment for my later years and I am more comfortable sleeping on my Aero air mattress on the floor which I recently discovered when I had to use it while moving. Wish I had bought a sleep number. I used my air mattress for two years by choice several years back because it was more comfortable for my back. Now I am left with back achs, hip pain, knee pain and am out $3000.
