Tempurdeic buyers beware!

Our tempurpedic was delivered on Jul 9th - I immediately began to have problems with my breathing- I have COPD which is well controlled but as soon a I started sleeping on this mattress I was needing my rescue inhaler several times a day. Also I was waking during the night VERY WARM!! Never thought to research how these mattress' are made and with what - apparently all "off-gas" (some longer than others) from the chemical manufacturing process and some people are more "sensitive" to these gases and odors than others. Beware of 2 things - 1) we were lucky enough to have purchased this mattress from a retailer that honors Tempurpedic 90 day comfort test period - not all retailers will do this - they removed our Tepurpedic this morning for a return charge of $175.00 - so our loss was minimal 2) If you have any health issues that may be affected by the off-gasing of these products please be careful before purchasing a Tempurdedic - they require you to keep it a minimum of 30 days (if you have the 90 days return guarantee) -and if you purchase one under this guarantee and are unsure of whether it is affecting your health, please, please send it back before it costs you the whole purchase price (ours was $3500.) - it will be a very costly mistake. I consider myself lucky that I was able to get this mattress out of my home for a minimal $ loss. The complaints listed on this site definitely helped me make the right decision before it was too late. I am only sorry I did not look into complaints before I purchased. Tempurpedic buyers beware! They are not what they are cracked up to be!!

You should see the lab report of what these mattresses are made of!!

Then you'd understand exactly what caused you to have breathing problems.

I've been sick for over a year now since buying a tempurpedic.

I soooooo regret not doing more research and just believing blindly what the commercials said about Tempurpedic.

These mattresses are full of TOXIC VOC's!! Formaldehyde is one of them.

Worst customer service EVER!

I purchased a Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe king sized bed in early November. I was so excited to try my new bed!

The "white glove" delivery service did not deliver my bed until WELL after Thanksgiving. Okay....it took a while to get the bed to me, but ahhhh a new mattress! After a week of sleeping on the new mattress I noticed increasing pain in my lower back. Okay, is it just me or is it this new bed?

I went to the chiropractor, got a nice adjustment.....still with the pain. Hmmm... tried sleeping on the 15 year old inner spring mattress in the spare bedroom and voila...less back pain! So I decide to return my almost $5000 bed.

Problem is, when you call Tempurpedic they are NOT the ones who answer! The people who answer say that all they can do is forward my information. Okay, I'll try it....and try it again...AND AGAIN! No one from Tempurpedic EVER called me back OR emailed me.

I happened to give it a try (for the fourth time) while at work and actually got someone at Tempurpedic. WOW! They took my info and set up return of the mattress, which by the way would take about as long as the delivery did. The "white glove" service was two disheviled men with no front teeth and dirty hair who REEKED of cigarette smoke showing up at my house.

I sure hope tempurpedic doesn't think the mattress smells like that from me! Oh, not that I can ask THEM because I just called to check the status of my return and...you guessed it! "I'm sorry maam, I can only forward your information from this office". For such an expensive product, you better *** well pick up the phone when I call.

I don't care HOW busy your call volume is! Hire some new people!! Very, very disappointed! Will be spreading the word about this where ever I can!

(Oh yeah, and I had to pay $200 for that "white glove" service. Ha!)

I’ve had my Tempur Cloud for 3 years .. it’s in Florida and only used about 6 months a year .

The sides are completely broken down .. I tried to call Temperpedic Customer Service .. what a joke .. I was on hold for over 2 hours ..

I never had anyone answer the phone .. Posted a picture of my phone with a 2 hour wait on Facebook at Temperpedic.. Got a note right back .. But was told I had to deal with Customer Service..

Called again.. no answers.. Filed a complaint on there Customer Service site .. 4 days later ..

still no response.. I think most of there mattresses are good .. BUT .. Temperpedic has NO customer service or customer support..

For that reason alone.. beware of purchasing these very expensive Temperpedic products

Agree with you on their customer "service". I purchased a king bed which comes as two extra long twins.

The first night we discovered the frames moved apart from each other because we have hardwood floors. Incredibly, when I emailed Tempur's customer service, the reply I got was there is no provision for attaching the two frames together to prevent them from seperating, other than to recommended I buy some plastic zip ties to put around the legs to keep them together. When I called customer service, again, no provision was engineered to connect them and I was told to purchase rubber furniture pads to put under the legs. Also, the two mattresses have about 3/4" difference in height because they are different models, which we were told at purchase could be adjusted with leg extensions to make them even.

Not true - there is zero adjustment on Temperpedic frame legs, only a couple of options for extensions of a minimum of 3", which is useless to even the height of the two mattresses. Again, customer service had no solution or explanation for why a $350 washing machine has adjustable legs but their $9000 bed set wasn't adjustable. Very weak engineering and very poor customer service. After investigating other Tempur retailers I discovered they can't get solutions or answers from their Tempur reps and have been forced to engineer work-arounds and modifications on their own.

Of course, as you might has guessed, Tempur doesn't hesitate to tell you that modifying their products voids their warranty, yet they have no solution for very simple problems. If you buy from Tempur - understand you are on your own.

Tempurpedic causes no pressure on your body. Whn you get one of these mattress's it takes at least 3 weeks for your body to adjust to it.

You will have aches and pains for awhile.

It is just like a new pair of shoes or working out. You have to allow you body to readjust to proper support.

Then please tell me why, after three years of sleeping on mine I can barely move in the mornings due to lower back and hip pain which is getting progressively worse with time. It took a while to figure it out, blaming it on ageing, arthritis, whatever.

Everything but the bed, but staying in different hotels with regular beds and being on a cruise ship for 18 days with a regular bed and finding myself pain free, I can only draw one conclusion. TempurPedic beds are not good for me, and by the looks of this site, there are a lot of other people in the same position.

Sad that there really is no recourse other than purchasing another bed.....definitely NOT a TempurPedic. What a waste of $5000.00.

Horrible

We tried this out in the store and selected this model based on a few hours of testing. We got it at home and my wife liked it, I wasn't so sure but it had a trial period so we kept it. During the trial period I traveled a bit and she still liked it. I was just OK with it. I think a big part of it was because we waited too long to replace our old one and anything would have been an improvement. I did have an issue with the “flat” button on the remote that did not seem to work without extreme pressure. The store sent over a technician with a replacement base and remote when their phone troubleshooting couldn’t find a remedy. The new remote had the same problem. I just programmed one of the memory buttons to flat. I discovered the “solution” during the warranty claim you’ll read about below). There is a 5 second delay for the flat button, not for any other button on the remote and it isn’t identified anywhere. Just push the button lightly and hold it for 5 seconds, when the red led lights and the bed starts moving you can release it and the bed will continue to move to the flat position. Something they could think about adding to the technical support sticker on the bottom of the remote. Since we got it in March (2012) the weather was getting warmer. We like it cool when we sleep so we opened the windows which brought the temperature down in the house. The caused the bed to get hard (very hard). It also caused the mattress to retain body heat significantly longer. It was too hard and too hot for me to sleep on, my wife was OK with the extra heat since she used a heated mattress cover on her side in the winter on our old bed.. At this point we are well past the trial period. I contacted Sleepy's to see what options we had. They directed me to Tempur-Pedic. Tempur-Pedic had me go through an involved process to submit a warranty claim, even telling me they would replace the mattress with another model because I said it was a comfort issue. Only to deny my claim because it was “a comfort issue, not a warranty claim”. You should believe all the stories you have heard or read… if heat is even the slightest concern for you the STAY AWAY from a Tempur-Pedic bed. I suspect it is a similar issue with other brands but as this is the only brand I have owned I can’t address the others with any certainty. Bottom line: BEFORE you buy (or at least BEFORE the trial period ends make sure (ABSOLUTELY sure) you want to keep it because unless your bed is in a showroom window at home it will feel very different than the one in the store, DO NOT wait and expect it to “break in”. It WILL NOT, and they don’t tell you that up front, and they WON’T help you after the trial period. It is a VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE.

Yes.... My ignorance of how to use the remote... But also the ignorance of a few Tempur Pedic customer service reps I spoke with and even the technicians they sent to my home who replaced the entire controller and remote.

And the rhapsody got significantly firmer with the windpws open when the room was cold (45 degrees). When it gets that hard it retains more body heat and for a longer period of time.

So you can say BS all you want but this is my experience with the mattress. If you don't find it helpful or it differrs from yours that's fine but it isn't BS.

Guest

I am a Tempur-Pedic owner and I hit the BS button because I think this review is BS. I am not a mattress salesperson, and I do not get paid to promote Tempur-Pedic, however as a Tempur-Pedic owner, you could not be further from the truth.

I do not own the movable base, but it sounds like you are blaming Tempur-Pedic for your own ignorance of how the remote control works. Your review is also BS because you said the mattress gets warmer when you make your house cooler when opening the windows. I just don't see how that is possible.

I must admit, the mattress does get slightly more firm when it is cooler, but its barely noticeable. I guess that is what makes these beds different than all the rest; if Tempur-Pedic felt like every other mattress (which it doesn't) then why spend the extra money on it?!?

Guest

not sure why there are so many "BS" ratings here... they do not believe what the reviewers said or what, leave your comments.

Guest
reply icon Replying to comment of Guest-671833

I suspect that all the "BS" ratings are from Tempur-Pedic salespeople since there were no specific challenges to the accuracy of the review.

On top of that the salesman I dealt with told me they paid about $900 for the mattress they sold me for $3200 so I suspect there is a big commission there and they don't want to loose the cash cow. :eek

I tried this horrible product for two months, trying to convince myself that I would get used to it. My wife HATED it immediately.

I kept saying to give it a chance. I started having severe back pain even though I had no back problems before I received this piece of ***. I had to get the state attorney general after them after they became indignant and abusive with me. I had a home trial and tried to settle with them for shipping (150 dollars) as agreed.

They wouldn't bill me as delivery men told me they would, and then they turned me over to collections. Once I sicked the attorney general on them they were nice as pie!

I hope they get audited every year. They're crooks

Guest

Hi, I'm sorry to hear of your troubles. I've had a similar experience where I called TempurPedic wanting to place an order. I called around 5 pm on a weekday and the representative who FINALLY answered my call after a 36 minute wait told me the people who could help me were gone for the day but to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Well, here we are, 2 weeks later and no call. Pathetic.

It seems they're NOT EVEN INTERESTED IN SELLING, much less providing any type of customer service once the sale has been made. My suggestion to you? Write complaint letters to the following entities:

(1) your state Department of Consumer Protection;

(2) your state Attorney General's Office;

(3) the Federal Trade Commission; and

(4) the Better Business Bureau.

Believe me, they WILL RESPOND once they start hearing from these folks. Good luck!!

Guest

You can't just simply file a warranty claim because you don't like it. No wonder they aren't calling you back.

If you want it to get softer, *** your shoes and walk on the mattress. This will break it in faster and soften it up, ***

I think some of you writing complaints need to realize that some of you simply are not doing the research prior to purchasing a product. I'm not saying that some here don't have good cause but come on...

it's too HOT... it's a memory foam bed! They ARE going to be hotter than traditional beds. It's too hard???

don't you walk in a pair of shoes before you buy them? I AM sorry some of you are upset because sales reps can be difficult, but for those of you reading this, I think it is important that you know I LOVE MINE!

I have never had these issues and every time I have contacted Tempurpedic they have treated me very kind. I hope those of you here have better luck :)

Tempurpedic

We bought this mattress at Raymour & Flanagan's on 14th st., nyc. A king sized, and after we slept on it for a period of about 2 months my husband and I who are both athletic people, were both having shoulder and back pain, that we never had before. The mattress did not yield; it's like sleeping on concrete. We contacted Raymour's and Tempurpedic and because it was past the 30 days, they could care less. Though we paid almost $5000.00 (adjustable beds, remote control) this Xmas, we're going to treat ourselves by donating the bed to the salvation army and buying a Sealy Beautyrest.

Tempurpedic "Off-Gassing" Caused Seizure

I wish I had found this site before buying a Tempurpedic. Now, my health and immune system are compromised for the rest of my life. We purchased a left over model that had a ripped plastic shipping cover. We were given a VERY generous discount because the mattress cover was dusty where the rips were, as well as it being a left over model. The very first night, I had a Grand Mal seizure with convulsions so violent that it caused hairline fractures in one of my spine bones. After the seizure, my new neurologist performed a 24 hour EEG & I have no seizure activity. She concluded the "out-gassing" provoked my seizure. A "Provoked Seizure" is not the same as Epilepsy (see below for more info on a "provoked seizure"). The mattress is not comfortable for my husband. He now has constant hip & shoulder pain. Re: An example of a "Provoked Seizure" is when an alcoholic stops drinking, they sometimes have seizures while they are detoxifying. Those seizures are not Epilepsy, they are provoked by the withdrawal off of alcohol. Sometimes, prescription medications provoke seizures.

I too am dealing with health problems from the toxic off gassing from my tempurpedic.

I've seen lab results of what these beds are made of, and sat crying after reading it.

I was sickened to see what a toxic waste dump their mattresses are. And that this company

I trusted with thousands of dollars, was literally sickening me and thousands of others.

I wish I had seen this web site before I spent over 3 grand on their products.

Guest

Tempurpedic mattresses off gas horribly. Besides the polyurethane foam off gassing, their chemical fire barrier off gasses too.

You claim to deal with seizures every day?

If you did then you would know that heavy chemical exposure can trigger one. These mattresses are a toxic epidemic and they have a huge legal department dedicated to squashing anyone who tries to bring it to light

Guest

She didn't say it was the mattress, her doctor said it was the off gassing. what an unintelligent response.

Guest

seizures are not caused by a mattress lady. we deal with seizures every day and stress and underlying reasons are the number one cause. not a mattress

Sweaty nights and horrible joint pain

We needed a new mattress as our old queen size mattress was 10 years old. We 'heard' that Tempurpedic was the way to go and that people loved it. We spend nearly 5K to buy it last November. It's now more than 8 months later and my husband and I have horrible joint stiffness every morning. I am sweating constantly and am less comfortable on this bed now than I was on my old mattress, even while pregnant. We are so disappointed. Not sure what our options are, but I'm sick over having spent so much money on this mattress.

I have had my temperpedic queen size for years....have had the same experience with joint pain and over heating. The ONLY thing that saved me was an expensive thick feathered bed pad. Shouldn't have to do that after spending so much for the temperpedic mattress.

Guest

I am in same boat!!! Not sure on your age, but I am late 40's, so Ive wondered at times ..am i going thru menopause as I have terrible sweats on this bed at night.

It wakes me up with many a times my side of bed soaked! I also wake with terrible joint paint. Im stiff as *** but especially my right should & neck. Im in pain so much & Ive never had anything like this til we bought this bed!!!!

We bought the Ergo King sized Cloud Luxe Supreme...we DID get a good deal as the salesperson gave us their discount, but told us we would only get one return of the bed during the 90 days & it would have to be for the same kind of bed anyways. My father passed away THE DAY our bed was delivered....so needless to say, in the next 90 days i was mourning, as well as taking care of many things besides thinking of my bed!

Guest

Which model did you purchase? Also, what do you have for a mattress pad/cover?

The smell is a huge problem. I believe it made me sick. They call it outgassing...think about that for a moment. It's a disgrace that this is a legal product. Things smell bad for a reason. The reviews were there and I overlooked them. After one week, we exchanged the toxic TemperPedic for a latex product. Luckily, our retailer worked with us. Mattress be gone. I'm surprised there aren't more government controls on this but buyer beware. I'm a "pass" on sleeping on a bed of chemicals. Don't wanna sniff glue while I'm sleeping. Good riddance. You've been warned. Oh, I'm much better now.

I have personally been inside the Tempurpedic Manufacturing plant in Albuquerque, NM. The employees do not even wear respirators during the manufacturing process.

None of the chemicals used are toxic. I have slept on a Tempurpedic for 4 years and its the best night sleep I have ever had.

You are a liar, I have seen the lab results of what these beds are made of. Formaldehyde is one of the many toxic chemicals.

And they don't even make the beds in the United States.

If you were telling the truth Jeff, and if you ever owned one, you'd see on the MFG tag the mattresses are NOT made in the United States!

Jeff I'd be willing to bet you're an employee of tempurpedic trying to do damage control for all the people your company has made sick.

Won't help you though! Lab test results do not lie

Second Tempurpedic after the first one sagged and got replaced, and what an ordeal!!

We bought our first Tempurpedic about 7 years ago but it started breaking down. It was stillvfirm in the middle and on sides, but where we slept it was like sleeping in a bowl. Tempurdepic replaced the mattress (after a lot of arguing), but the new one broke down the same way after only a few months. Even though we have a new Tempupedic, we are in constant pain and have terrible backaches. Tempurpedic says that because they gave us a new matres we are on our own. Don't buy one of these beds or you will be sorry.

Not good bed

We purchased the king size each side having the ability to be raised as my husband has cancer of the esphogas and it was needed that his head be elevated and my did not need to be. By the time we got the bed delivered and in working order I was not comfortable and it was over the 90 days so it was too bad unless I wanted to pay 1300.00. Could not afford to do so I will just be miserable until I die as the cost for the bed and frame was 8,000.00. It has been the biggest mistake we made.

Horrible Customer Service

Have had several problems with the Ergo Adjustable Bed and each time we contact customer service it takes forever. They give you another number to call. They say It is not their problem, advise replace the batteries. They recommend Duracell even though it ships with no name garbage batteries. I agree with other people that have posted how hot the bed is. Terribly uncomfortable and hot in the summer months. Buyer beware if you fork over your hard earned money and have an issue; Good Luck with that. We have regretted this purchase for some time. Think twice, look around, try another brand.

Severe increasing breathing, mental and physical problems encountered by myself and my wife while sleeping on a Tempur-pedic mattress. We Purchased a Tempur-pedic King size Weightless Supreme Mattress and two queen sized Cloud Pillows for $3299.00, via telephone from Tempur-pedic on November 24, 2012. We received the pillows within a few days of the order placement and the mattress arrived the first week in December 2012. We immediately set up the bed, complied with Tempur-pedic's recommended procedures for assisting in reducing the gas/chemical smells from the mattress and pillows by airing and walking on them several times and immediately began sleeping each night on the Mattress and utilized the Cloud Pillows. Increasingly, when sleeping on the mattress, I became aware of increasing difficulties breathing, gasping for breath, extensive sinus mucus drainage and feelings of a partially blocked or swollen throat. I was having increasing difficulty sleeping and when I did sleep I would sometimes wake up almost panicky with a sensation of drowning. Mentally I had an increasing inability to relax with extensive random rapid frustrating uncontrollable mental thoughts leaping through my mind making sleep very difficult or impossible. Being a senior citizen I assumed I had "a bug" that would resolve itself and/or I was just getting older and had to expect these difficulties to occur. The symptoms would lessen during the daytime and I would feel better by evening. As the symptoms continued to become more severe I determined that I must take some sort of action to attempt to find a cause for and some relief from these problems. I tried to determine if I had changed any meds or other aspects of my life that could possibly contribute. We evaluated our foods for any changes of diet or any life style changes that may have contributed. After extensive considerations I thought to evaluate the potential that the Tempur-pedic mattress and/or pillows could be a factor. At this point I chose to try to continue to sleep on the Tempur-pedic mattress but utilize a regular conventional pillow from our old bed. My symptoms during the night and day reduced somewhat but did not stop. Sometimes I would change back to the Tempur-pedic pillow and my symptoms would once again increase. Finally I chose to try to sleep in our guest bedroom on a conventional inner spring mattress with a regular pillow to see if there was a difference in my symptoms. The first night I slept fitfully but the symptoms were greatly reduced. Since then, each night I have slept more soundly and the symptoms now have reduced to the point that I feel what I consider to be much improved. I do not know if my symptoms will ever completely clear up and/or if there is possibly some permanent damage been caused, but I have chosen to not sleep again on the Tempur-pedic mattress and/or pillows. We are in the process of obtaining a new pure 100% natural latex mattress to replace the Tempur-pedic mattress and pillows. at a cost of $2807.00. As I discussed my symptoms and concerns with my wife she also began to list symptoms that she was experiencing that she was trying to justify as possible aging and/or stress/intensity in her employment requirements. Some of the symptoms she listed were; eyes feeling very tired with stinging and burning sensation, inability to think as well and difficulty in concentrating on specific subjects, severe itching on the back of her neck and head, not sleeping soundly and not feeling rested, very tired and un-energetic all the time. After the decrease in my symptoms after one night, she chose to also sleep in the guest bedroom on the conventional inner spring mattress and pillow. Her symptoms have also significantly improved. We have never slept on the Temper-pedic mattress or pillows again. After all of our efforts it is apparent and it is my opinion that the off-gassing from chemical by-products from the Tempur-pedic mattress and pillows is the cause our discomfort and symptoms. On April 16, 2013, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau concerning our problems with the Tempur-pedic products. After extensive communications from BBB to Tempur-pedic, as of June 3, 2013 there has been absolutely no communications from the Tempur-pedic company in any manner.

Tempurpedic is made of a long list of TOXIC chemicals. Formaldehyde being one of them.

This is the reason you got sick.

It's the reason I got sick over a year ago, and the reason I'm still

having health problems from their toxic products.

They LIE and say they are allergen free, they LIE and say there is nothing that could hurt you in the offgassing process. There is a class action lawsuit going against them for the lying and deception.

I sincerely hope it puts them out of business!

Your review was written professionally and thoroughly. I admire your obvious concern, taking the time to communicate your experiences with others, so we are not subjected to similar adverse circumstances and effects.

I think one of the worst characteristics is lack of accountability. The only thing worse is when it manifests into indifference. I am uninterested in paying out our hard-earned income to a company that appears not to care, based on your review. The fact that you have not received any follow-up from Tempurpedic pretty much says it all, IMO, doesn't it?

As a result, I am going to call our local store and ask that the Tempurpedic mattress we bought tonight, scheduled for delivery tomorrow, be returned. We will go back to the same mattress store and purchase a mattress manufactured by another company. Companies had better get their acts together and reevaluate their customer service policies - w/o it, they are doomed for failure.

Once a reputation is tarnished, it is difficult to ever fully overcome it.

After numerous times of trying to get Temperpedic to responded to our concerns they did finally get back to us and did finally fully refund our purchase price and picked up the mattress and pillows on the condition that I sign a wavier that I would never participate in any lawsuit against them which I readily did.

We subsequently purchased a mattress of full medical healthy Latex and have been very happy with the results. We have had no negative symptoms from our Latex mattress and pillows with a very comfortable sleep.

I still have some physical issues that I believe are directly related to the Temperpedic experience and believe I will always have them.

Lots of money for lots of pain

We recently purchased a Tempurpedic mattress. It has proven to be a huge mistake. All our research indicated a high satisfaction rate for this bed and suggested that it would be particularly good for spinal pain. I have spondylolisthesis in my cervical spine plus several degenerative discs due to a past auto accident. The pain, when it is present, is especially bad at night which creates a great deal of sleep deprivation as long as it continues. I had just spent 4 months trying multiple modalities to get this under control and was doing pretty well. Then we purchased a Cloud Tempurpedic mattress. Actually, we originally purchased their Weightless bed which felt very much like like sleeping on an ironing board. So we traded for the Cloud. I immediately noticed that I awoke with a back ache, something I had never had before. After five days, I awoke in the middle of the night with the return of the neck pain. Now I have to try and get this pain under control again. Meanwhile, I am sleeping in our guest room and wish we had purchased better beds, but it is better than the Tempurpedic. My husband feels that he could get used to it, but that it would not be his choice. We are both athletic people. I am only 5'4", 112 lbs; my husband is tall, but slim. Perhaps we need to be bigger for this bed to be helpful. It also smells really odd. I am so confused by all the accolades and wonder what is anatomically wrong with us for this to be so disastrous. The money spent is painful but not nearly as bad as the physical pain this has caused. When I called a medical office that treats neck pain to make an appointment, I was told that they never recommend Tempurpedic beds to any of their patients. I wish I had called before we made this purchase. We will take the financial loss, I guess, but now we need to know exactly what to buy that will work for us. I guarantee, it will not involve Memory Foam.

The mattress is a toxic waste dump of chemicals and cancer causing VOC's I've seen the lab results, things like Formaldehyde are in this bed. DO NOT EVER BUY ONE

Ive had mine for about 7 years and its is the best bed period

Those *** spring mattresses arent worth a ***

My Tempure is still firm as the day we bought it, I will never go back it did smell a bit strong the first 5 days after that it was gone

Maybe you should have looked at another model. Maybe the cloud is to soft for you.

I just received my Raposdy Breeze about 2 weeks ago and love it. I wouldn't even think about buying anything else at this point. I sleep better on this bed than I have in years. My wife and I love this bed.

My back just doesn't hurt anymore. I do feel refreshed in the morning. Just goes to show you that even though some may not like it, it doesn't mean that it isn't a good bed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good nights sleep.

But make sure you pick the correct one for you. The soft may feel good in the showroom, but you need to really think about sleeping in it for 6 to 8 hours a night.

Wait until you have had that mattress a couple of years. It is like sleeping in *** that you cannot get out of.

TORTURE RACK

WHEN MY WIFE AND I DECIDED TO GET ONE OF YOUR BEDS WE THOUGHT OUR TROUBLES WERE OVER ! LITTLE DID WE KNOW THEY WERE GOING TO GET MUCH WORSE ! WE DID AS INSTRUCTED AND WALKED ONO THE BED TO BREAK IT IN . AT FIRST IT SEEMED AS IF IT MIGHT WORK FOR US ! THE 90 DAY TRIAL WAS NOT ENOUGH TIME, HOWEVER ! AFTER THAT TIME WE NOTICE WE WERE WAKING UP WITH SOME PAIN IN OUR SHOULDERS, BACK AND HIPS ! AS TIME HAS MARCHED ON THE PAIN I PERSONALLY HAVE EXPERIENCED HAS INCREASED TO AN EXTREME POINT WHERE I HAVE TO SHIFT POSITIONS CONTINUALLY THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT ! ONLY AT THE BEGINNING WAS THE BED COMFORTABLE ENOUGH SO THAT BOTH OF US COULD SLEEP IN ONE POSITION ALL NIGHT LONG . NOW OUR BED IS A TORTURE RACK WHICH DELIVERS NOTHING BUT PAIN AND UNREST FOR BOTH OF US ! WE SPENT A GOOD DEAL OF MONEY ON YOUR BED AND WE EXPECTED TO GET WHAT WAS ADVERTISED BY YOU ! INSTEAD WE GOT THE EXACT OPPOSITE ! WE BOTH HATE YOUR BED FROM *** !

NO IT WAS NOT HELPFUL BECAUSE I COULD NOT READ THE PERSONS COMMENTS FROM TH EE-MAIL YOU SENT TO ME TO DO JUST THAT !?!? ALSO, I WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE DIRECT CONTACT WITH ANYONE SUFFERING THE SAM EPROBLEM SMY WIFE AND I SUFFER !

Guest

The pain is probably caused by the offgassing of formaldehyde and other cancer causing VOC's that the bed is made out of

Guest

We refuse to read anything that is in all caps but don't die bro.
