IMy wife and I bought a $7500.00 King Matress and Ergo motorized bed system in June 2008. The mattress is ok (I am not sure its a $4500.00 value) but after 42 months of normal two people sleeping on it, one of the motors gave up and the bed would not come down! After...

We coughed up the $2500 for a mid range tempurpedic mattress, hoping it would solve our back problems as advertised. Many people love theirs so we thought we'd be okay. Not so. They will take the mattress back for exchange if you return it before 90 days, but it...

If you have experienced a tempurpedic mattress that feels like it is falling apart and not doing what it did the first year you got it, we may have good news. We noticed the foundation boxes creaking and the bed peaking in the middle. The sides of the bed were like...

I just called to inquire about my 90 day sleep trial and the customer service representative told me I am not eligible. I have not been able to sleep well the last 30 days and I wake up with a numb hand.

This was never an issue in my old bed.

From what it seems, this company is a scam. I am not able to return the adjustable base, nor the mattress.

The mattress has a premium price, but after a year it has becom a saging, lumpy packed mass of foam.Do not buy this bed. The memory foam breaks down and sinks at the pressure points. When I am on it, it feels like it is pushing my back out of alignment. I think of it...

We have had the cloud for over a year. We started noticing the mattress was getting weaker in the middle, and causing the feeling of rolling to the middle when lying in it.

We are going through the claim process, and they are sending out a new mattress without looking at it, and without any hassles about it. We found out that other we know have gotten two new clouds for the same issue. I've asked them if they have made improvements to fix the problem with this mattress. It seems that soft feel has turned out to compromise the quality and durability.

I will say that we actually did love the mattress for the first 6 months, it's absolutely great, but then it starts to loose that memory foam feeling after awhile. I hope they figure out how to correct this problem and give us a mattress that provides us that soft cloud sleeping that lasts for the 20 years they guarantee.

Finally, after reading some of these reviews can I clearly say, HORRIBLE MATTRESS!!!!!!!!! This mattress was a gift.

Early on I was feeling very itchy all the time. so, just to be sure, I put two mattress covers, a very large towel and a double folded sheet on top of the mattress. It stopped the itching somewhat. I have discovered since then, I have Lupus, and cancer and my immune system is practically gone.

Even with all the stuff on top of this horror, I have broken out all over my body with itching, swelling, red rashes.

I am unable, at this point, to get a new mattress, until then I will sleep on my couch. I am so relieved that I read and identify with some of these reviews.

We just bought a Tempurpedic Ergo for about $5,000. It is comfortable but looks ridiculously low with our headboard and footboard. So, I am trying to buy longer legs for the bed, which the company sells. However, my bed, with its two twin mattresses, has eight legs....

Yet another resoan why you should not believe a salesman. Not a tax issue unless prescribed by a doctor. And if it is, there's no tax break if you don't itemize, and no deduction except for any portion of your medical expenses that's over 7% of you Adjusted Gross Income. So most likely, is no tax benefit.

TempurPedic in Tampa, Florida - Handicapped bed and cover is peeling..child could have choked on material ..wetsafe matr. cover

Bought a custom size made for son's handicapped hosp. bed. It came with a blk material on it called a Wetsafe Mattress cover..the part that touches the springs have no prob or breakage. The top part is peeling but no tears in the material under that blk coating. Call Temper-med and they tell me it is warrenteed for only 2 yrs but on website it is warrenteed for 10 yrs. Call again it is warrenteed for 7 yrs. This material should not ever be used on a handicapped or hosp bedding it is to dangerous. Fortunately my son had an extra mattress cover which it melted to instead of getting in his mouth while sleeping and choking to death. They will not help repair or replace with cost. The company that made it out of business. The bed on the other hand is in perfect condition and not worn out after 10 yrs of sleeping on it. The hosp used this mattress in ER over 77,600 hrs in 10 yrs on the other hand we used it only at top and middle of bed 25,000 hrs in 10 yrs. That is almost 3 times the wear and tear but they do not have to replace their that often. WHY us? defective and dangerous material....

TempurPedic in Mount Wolf, Pennsylvania - Tempur-Pedic

Great beds but do not go for the extra's like the massage and the lift system. The problem are the motors they use for the message are way to week for the thickness of the bed,I also have another adjustable bed that i bought from my chiropractor and the message and the lift was much better and was $3,000.00 cheaper but Tempur-Pedic mattress and foundation is mush better but not $2,000.00 better that is the difference from the price of my old bed to this new Tempur-Pedic I just got and that was there top of the line twin x-long with everything they offer. I would never have payed that much but someone in my family offered to buy it for me so i took it after all i have heard about it.Well it is like most stuff you see and read about 1/2 truths i guess is the best way to put it

If you dealt with a real professional they would have known that Tempurpedic says not to use the standard Ergo base with the thicker mattresses like the Cloud Lux or the Grand Bed. The Advanced Ergo, however, is designed to lift the thicker, heavier beds.
