TempurPedic in Portland, Maine - Tempur-Pedic Customer Service non-existent
I purchased a mattress and was told delivery would be in 7 to 10 days. It took almost 7 WEEKS to deliver a mattress that I had already paid for. Numerous calls to Customer Service were never returned. The supervisor nor the department manager would return calls. Two letters to the president went unanswered too. Each time I called I was given a different story about my mattress. I was told it was lost. I was told the factory was backed up. I was told it was damaged. I was told they had no idea what happened to it. But if the service representative didn't have an immediate answer and needed to call me back, they didn't call back. The mattress is ok but nothing great. The customer service is horrible. I would avoid dealing with Tempur-pedic.
Paid 3000.00 dollars for a new bed that we can not sleep on. The ordor is so bad it makes us sick. Have had the bed over two weeks and it still stinks to bad to sleep on. I was told the only way to get rid of the smell was to sleep on it. This bed is a joke and...
These mattresses are NOT all they are advertised to be. I can barely move in the morning after trying to sleep on the ridiculously expensive Temperpedic. My back aches, and my hands, arms and legs go numb during the night. I never had these issues until I got this bed....
TempurPedic in Casselberry, Florida - Tem Pur Pathetic Bed
My husband and i purchased a Tempurpedic mattress less than a year ago. I have Fibromyalgia and suffer from pressure point pain. We thought the bed would FINALLY give me a good nights sleep. The first three weeks were a COMPLETE nightmare. My pain was incredible and everyone kept saying it's just the adjustment period, you'll get used to it. Well here it is nearly a year later and I and now my husband are still having sleepless nights. Waking up each morning eager to get out of bed to stop the pain. The bed sags, the box spring is hard as a rock and makes it feel like you are sleeping on a steal beam that crosses right under my hips (my major pressure point pain). I was certainit was a defect and convinced the sales rep that came to our home to inspect the bed that there was surely a mistake and they sent out another set of box springs only to find they are ALL that way. It is simply awful. Don't waste your money! I wish I had found this sight before we purchased. I would have saved $3500 a many uncomfortable nights!
The Title says it all... I bought the $3400 matress. This has been the worse matress I have owned. The matress started developing large holes where I would sleep and would not and has not "bounced back" to normal as the commercial makes it seem the matress...
I am 5 feet tall, weigh 109 pounds, medium build, not a 'tiny bird' of a female, I do weight lifting and exercise often. We bought a Tempurpedic mattress..not good for me! If you do not weight much, you will NOT 'sink in' to the mattress, and therefore,...
