I contacted claims. Sent in all required photos and receipts.

The rep called and said it the replacement was approved by the photos showing the bed with the serious depressions and the body pain sleeping on it is causing. He then said to take our time to do the research and choice for the replacement. We did. Called with the choice and new info on VOC etc.

Now told Tempurpedic has changed their warranty. LOST OUR PHOTOS and keep asking for new and more.

I said we are grandfathered in by the date of claim and got NO notice of any change in warranty from the company. SO...if you THINK you have a warranty you had better call Tempurpedic...they said they made changes and only they know them!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Tempurpedic Bed.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
