I purchased a Supreme Tempur-pedic mattress, King, ( no box springs) 10/2/12 locally (Cloud Nine in Ruidoso, NM., Order#2630). My wife & I tried it for 2 weeks - she had back & headaches, I couldn't sleep well, kept waking up.

We returned mattress 10/23/12. Cloud Nine prepared a return receipt, Credit# 2637 and notified Carlsbad Tempur-pedic. They were to send me a check for returned mattress within 2-3 days. To date, I have not received my refund ($2,583.96) as promised.

I have been calling the Owner in Ruidoso since 10/29/12 trying to get my money/ refund with no success.

It is now 11/12/12 and I have yet to receive my refund.

Why is this complaint on tempurpedic not the local company? I know that you are just trying to rage but don't you think it should be against the company that supposedly wronged you?
