TempurPedic - Can't Sleep on this terrible bed!
I am so disgusted with the money I spent on this horrible bed! I can't even sleep on it. It causes me horrible pain and stiffness all over (neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back and hips). I can't lay on my sides in it. I have to lay on my back because it is less painful! This thing causes pressure points from *** And, it is hot and it stinks!

TempurPedic - No customer service
The national office has no input or concern as to how Tempurpedic retailers operate. Its basically tough luck if the retailer lied to you. They expect yoy to purchase online or over the phone to give you the time of day. I hate this mattress and now I hate the entire company.

I’ve been waiting almost a month for a remote head technician came out he talk to customer service on the phone told him what was wrong with it but they had sent him the wrong thing that was wrong and now I have to wait another two more weeks because my bed is controlled with my wife’s very uncomfortable and very dissatisfied with Tempur-pedic
