The Tempur-pedic customer service is just shuffling me back to where I purchased the bed at Ashley furniture I can never ever reach anyone except for a customer service representative that says they will try to get in touch with the store by email and have them give me a call. That never happens.

I never have ever ever ever. Gotten a call back from anyone from Ashley furniture so when I turned to temper pedic the only response I get from them is sorry not our problem.

You have to deal with Ashley furniture. I’m in the process of sending them a letter to the CEO Todd R WANEK of Ashley furniture store headquarters and I’m gonna see what he has to say all I’m gonna do is get a run around run around run around

I purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress from Ashley furniture on April 27, 2024. I called in May to start a return on the bed.

I have arthritis and osteoporosis so to me its very important to have a mattress that is comfy. I call weekly to customer service. Ive gone into the store several times and spoke to the manager. I never get an answer.

I never get a call back and now its after the 90 day trial. And they say I cant get a refund or a new mattress and when I started this process, I was in that 90 day window.

I need to speak to somebody who can help me my name is Lynn. I appreciate your time.

User's recommendation: First of all, don’t go to Ashley furniture. They have the worst customer service the managers there will tell you one thing and do another. The sales representatives are very pushy.

We purchased a mattress from the Tempur-Pedic website in August of 2021. Initially, we were very happy with the bed - but recently the sides of the mattress have started to fail, which leads to pain when sleeping from trying not to fall off the bed.

We have another mattress that we are thrilled with and is over 15 years old. So, we figured that the warranty process would be simple and straightforward. Boy, were we wrong! After jumping through a million hoops with the photos using a broom and a quarter, we submitted the claim.

Imagine my surprise when we were denied due to a small stain on the top mattress cover (which does not go down to the next level of the bed). The model is no longer available for sale, and there are a lot of negative reviews now on the website about similar issues.

My husband and I are both on disability and can't afford to just go out and buy another mattress - especially when we still owe a little bit on THIS one. We just want our mattress replaced.

I need to return a temperapedic mattress I have had less than a week and they won’t refund

I went for a split king. I paid the day I was sold it and then I got a prescription because its for my back.

They changed the contract to a flat king. I had sent my son in law to sign cause he was in midland. I was at work.

Also I have an email for a refund and they wont give me the whole refund for the prescriptions. I just want them to pick it up and give me back my money.

Miserable Customer Service

I made an order for a mattress, pillows, and a 5" foundation on July 7th. July 8th I called them to request a change in the order to a 2" foundation.

They charged me $175 to make that change. The delivery date was set for Saturday, August 10th. The delivery people showed up with the mattress and pillows but they only had the options of a 5" or a 9" foundation on the truck, neither of which were what I needed or paid for to exchange in the order so they were not taken off of the truck and the delivery guys made note of that for me. It was not their fault.

So then I had to call and contact customer service again to request that they please deliver the correct 2" foundation that failed to be delivered. I also requested that they refund me the $175 they charged me since the exchange was apparently not made. I have waited 3 months for this foundation only to have them tell me that I have to receive it on a Wednesday or a Friday, no other option and would not accommodate me to deliver on Saturday again. I am a single mom that works full time and can not afford to take a day off work to fix this delivery issue that is Tempur-Pedic's fault.

I tried to email several times to no avail so I used a rare 15 minute break at work to call customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. The lady on the phone claimed that she was a supervisor and that there was nothing they could do for me. My only choice was to lose income in order to get my foundation. So, I told her to refund me the money and I will never use Tempur-Pedic again.

What a horrible disgrace of "customer service." I have been without a foundation and waiting all of this time for y'all to remedy your mistake and you refused to do it.

She dared to put the blame on me for making the original order for a 5". Very rude and rigid and wrong.

It has taken 8 1/2 months to file my warranty for my mattress, every time I submit my pic's, they would claim they need more pics, i have submitted more than 150 pics, they still wanted more, with my receipt , bed tag. With no response i ask to speak with manager Marty Korse hung up on me, stating they can't move forward until I submit more pics, I inform him that I have sent over a 100 pics, he stated that until I submit the additional information he couldn't help me, so I submitted more pics with a quarter, still no response for my warranty, I paid over $10,000 for these sunken mattress, I believe that the warranty Dept take customers through this lame process, hoping customer would give up, I not giving up until temper pedic honor their commitment to their warranty process, can't get through to their so call corp office, send several emails to corp with no reply after months of trying to resolve this ridiculous situation, I came to the conclusion

they don't care about their customers, temper pedic only cares about money, only care about ripping their customers off with their obscene over the top prices for their products, prices don't match their poor quality for their products, it's more than obvious temper don't want to honor their commitment to their customers, they will take you through all this back N forth for their own warranty commitment, to finally stop replying to emails , marty korse hung up on me several times The other manager claim he would help was John Stith only to ignore all my emails to him.

What a JOKE this company is an fraud. I will NEVER recommend anyone to temper pedic, poor quality, poor workmanship, poor customer service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GETTING PAID, To LIE TO temper pedic CUSTOMERS AND DELAY THEIR PROCESS, LIE SO MORE , HOPING THE CUSTOMER WOULD SAY FORGET IT. NOT HAPPENING!!!

Company stole $527 from me

I spent $12k on a Tempur-Pedic, plus $527 for their best mattress cover to protect our new expensive mattress. We initially got a split king, but ended up doing an exchange to go from a split king to a regular king.

I never took the split king mattress cover out of the box, but Tempur-Pedic won't return, exchange, or even offer a discount on another mattress cover in the correct king size. I've spent over $12k and they want me to spend hundreds more on a second mattress cover, while the original cover sits in a box, unused.

It's maddening! They show zero concern for their customer once they have your money.

Ask about bed frames and a few other

Horrible customer service. My representative was short and said the same thing over and over and its didnt make sense.

My bed frame is standard and it does not stay together when I adjust the bed. She told me I need a new bed frame.

This bed set cost over 5k and she told me to get a new bed set. Im done

The care instructions on the tag state Dry Clean Only. If I had known that, I would have never purchased the pillows in the first place.

I need pillow covers that can be washed in a washing machine for obvious reasons. The Temper-Pedic website is misleading as it states Removable and washable cover. I initially contacted Temper-Pedic regarding this issue in 2020, less than a year after purchasing the pillows. I was advised below that the covers could be washed, which is not what the tag states.

What does Temper-Pedic plan to do about this? I would like to get replacement pillows since these are still under the 5 year warranty and I contacted Temper-Pedic regarding the cover within the 2 year timeframe but was given bad information. How do you explain the website stating that the cover is removable and washable when it is clearly not? That blatant false advertising.

I had no way to know any different until I purchased the pillows and was able to read the product tag. I would like to know- when I ordered the pillows back in December 2019, how was I supposed to read the minds of Tempur-Pedic in order to know that the Tempur-Pedic website was incorrect, and the pillow covers are dry clean only, since the tags saying such are not available to be viewed online? Do you think that its right that the Tempur-Pedic website states the cover for these pillows is removable and washable? If the answer to that question is no- then please do something about it.

I would like to file a warranty claim for the pillows. The proof of purchase was sent in a separate email on 10/18/23. A photos of the pillow tags were sent in separate emails on 10/18/23. A photo of the two pillows side-by-side with/without the cover/case was sent in a separate email on 10/18/23.

Description of the wash/care instructions: I washed the pillows per the instructions given by Lucia R.

at Tempur-Pedic customer service on 4/21/20. This matched the instructions on the Tempur-Pedic website which states the pillow covers are washable.

Horrible Product and Horrible Customer Service

I purchased their neck pillow after suffering from neck pain for months. This is by far the worst pillow I have ever experienced.

Not only is it very, very small, but it will hurt you worse than you were already hurting. If the pillow wasn't bad enough, the customer service is an absolute joke.

They don't care if they are selling you a subpar product (in fact, they know they are) and they will not help you with a return or a replacement. This company and its products are a joke!

No order cancellation

I ordered a mattress topper on 6/30 approximately noon. Id been shopping online, looking for the best price.

Mattress stores, Walmart etc. Tempur-Pedic showed a sale at 40% off so I bit. After ordering, I was still perusing the options at various sites and I looked it up on Amazon. They had the same exact topper for 50% off.

*** yeah. Try to cancel order (on a Sunday) with Tempur-Pedic and there are no options for that. I get on with their AI assistant and that tells me you cant cancel two hours after you place the order. I emailed the company Sunday night to cancel the order.

I called them Monday morning at 7 am pst to cancel and the operator said it was in the system and nothing they could do. I was beyond frustrated and she said shed put me on hold to speak with a supervisor. After another 15 minutes on hold I hung up. I do not want their topper, I ordered one from Amazon that will be here tomorrow the 3rd, unlike Tempur-Pedics delivery of the 8th.

They also told me there were no returns. Im not opening it, if I catch the driver I will not accept the package.

Just want to warn anyone who have one or are considering purchasing a Tempur-Pedic USA mattressthey grow mold out of nowhere. TP and Mattress Firm retailer did NOT warn us about this.

Mattress Firm claims to be totally surprised by us having this mold, acting like theyve never heard of this. You can Google it and see that it is a common concern.

Tempurpedic doesnt cover this issue on their 10 or 25 year warranty since it isnt a manufacturer problem. (It is, though, in my opinion. Stuff shouldnt grow mold under normal use!!!)

TP claimed in an older news article that mold will only grow if a non-tempurpedic mattress foundation is used. Incorrect! We have only used their expensive foundation. Weve rotated the mattress regularly as we were told to do. Weve had it protected with a cover. Mold is still all over this thing on the underside.

We have our proof of purchase, tags are still in tact on the mattress. Weve taken great care of this mattress.

Nothing in our room has mold. Nothing is wet. Mattress Firm and Tempurpedic never told us this was a possibility, so we had no clue to watch for it.

Be sure to keep an eye on your brand new, expensive as *** mattress for random - outta nowhere - mold growth, everyone!

These mattresses are extremely expensive. Im still paying the thing off. Now Im paying monthly payments on a moldy mattress and am just SOL!

We wanted to get it as an attempt to help my fiances back. The bed IS pretty comfortable. However, Ive been randomly coughing and feeling bad for months now...this mold that we just discovered is likely WHY Ive been randomly feeling bad and coughing. Sad

Were out so much money from this. We cant get a new mattress. We have to continue using this moldy one.

The company does not care and has offered NO help. Mattress Firms hands are tied by Tempurpedic, so all MF can do is send us mattress covers.

Now we have to spend more money to attempt to clean this POS. If the mold is IN the mattress, I guess Im just going to stay sick. No big deal, right?

Avoid buying anything from Tempurpedic.

I purchased a mattress set from TP. Within the first three months, a bulge appeared in the middle of the mattress.

When my husband and I would lay down, it would push us close to the bed railing.

I called numerous times and also filed a BBB complaint, but received no results. The service representative told me that if I wanted a softer bed, I should run the heater more, or to make it firmer, run the AC colder.
