Removed cover to wash. To my horror thete were splits on both sides if foam..ok ill put cover back on nope zipper wont move. 3 months i had it. In the mean time i had a heart attack.
Went in loops by email..send this picture that picture. Nothing would satsfiy them..then after weeks i get an email regarding a replacement...why would i want that..i went out and bought a new bed.
I want a refund not a new defective topper. DONt do business with this company.

Verified Reviewer |Tempurpedic Mattress Resulted in Pain for over a Year
- - I spent about $4,000 on a Tempur-Pedic in Aug 2024.

Since my last update I have done the following:I removed the mattress foundation and placed the tempurpedic mattress on the floor in order to determine if the foundation was the issue. After two weeks with the mattress on the floor, nothing improved.
This proves that the foundation is not the issue.I placed the mattress back on the foundation and purchased. In a week, I was in so much pain from the tempurpedic mattress, that I stayed home for thanksgiving because it hurt to walk. Soon after I purchased a 3' latex mattress cover from Turmerry. This improved my situation partially.
The extra mattress passing allowed my wider shoulders to sink into the mattress more, however this did not resolve the issue with my side sinking and my spine moving out of alignment. It's the same way paving over a pothole wouldn't solve the issue of road irregularity. Next, I placed a pillow under my side when I would sleep. This made sleeping on my back more uncomfortable but provided support when sleeping on my side.
Amazingly, after just a few weeks of doing this plus the mattress pad, the pain in my sacroiliac joint subsided greatly. I also experienced less popping noise from my spine when moving or bending. Unfortunately, sleeping with a pillow under my side created more and more discomfort. Imagine rolling a blanket into a log and sleeping with it under your side for several weeks.
It will eventually begin to cause discomfort.The fact that adding padding and placing a support under my side did so much to alleviate my pain is proof that the issue is with the poor design of the tempurpedic mattress. It doesn't offer uniform support/cushioning. There is also no zoned support as I mentioned before. This mattress is clearly a problem for me.
The fact that I should have to spend nother $400 (10% the value of the mattress) just to get some pain relief is infuriating. I will have to research some way to provide support for my side that the mattress woefully fails to provide without also adding to the discomfort.
A few weeks ago, I finally got fed up and posted another review at 1 star, and sent a direct message to Tempur-Pedic customer support. In my message, I included the complete transactional information: where, when, and how much. I received a response asking me to provide the transactional information. So this person failed to fully read my email. I reiterated that the transactional info is in my original email. I then received a response that they could not assist me because I didn't buy the mattress online. I would have to take my issue with the store (which is a Tempur-Pedic store).
Now, when I purchased my mattress, there was no way to buy it online. I was directed to go to a local store, which was a 40-minute drive for me. I went to the store and paid for the mattress there.
I'm a side sleeper with wide shoulders and an athletic build. When I sleep on my side with this Tempur-Pedic mattress, it feels like I'm lying on my side on a hammock. My spine is out of alignment, and my hip seems to sink lower than my legs. I wake up throughout the night with my back and sacroiliac joint aching. I'm in pain all day. My sleep quality has gotten worse since getting this mattress. And I've gotten better customer service buying a $200 watch than I've gotten from Tempur-Pedic buying a $4,000 mattress. Last I checked, sleep is a bit more important for health than a watch. At this point, I will be forced to sell or give away this used mattress and see a physical therapist after getting another mattress from a better company.
Also, no Tempur-Pedic comes with zone support. Based on my research, it seems that's what I need. There are mattress companies out there that offer zone support at a cheaper price than Tempur-Pedic. So $4,000 and a year of pain, with zero support from Tempur-Pedic is ridiculous.
Furthermore, other mattress companies offer as much as a year to test out a bed. Tempur-Pedic only offers 90 days. That is ironically how long it may take for the mattress to break in.
For clarification on the pain I'm experiencing, it feels like my sacroiliac joint needs to pop. It's a sharp radiating pain that I feel all day—walking, sitting, moving. It's a pain that I've been dealing with for a year.

Preferred solution: Partial refund. I financed, still owe $1800. I would be satisfied if tempurpedic refunded half the cost of the mattress or paid off the rest of my debt for the mattress, and I will just go buy another better quality mattress.

My husband and I bought the top-of-the-line Temperpedic adjustable bed and mattresses and weve loved it. We have changed the mattresses because our bed is 14 years old.
But the bed has been the best investment we have ever made.
Now I find out that there are no replacement parts for the power supply, which failed us during a storm. And has left us without any choices to repair the bed.with the exception of going on eBay and buying old parts there.

False and misleading advertising about the ProAdapt Hybrid Mattress

Can't seem to get anyone on the phone. I have a minor issue, but I need to speak with someone concerning it. However, I can't even get an automated person on the phone.

I have had 2 TempurPedic beds. The first was a split king no problems. My daughter still has when I switched to a queen when I moved. She loves it still.
I love mine but had problem with remote. Reached the best customer service rep I have ever had.

I wrote a letter to the corporate office. I did get a reply from them saying that they would see what they could do for me and as of yet I’m still waiting no progress no resolution and still very frustrated.
The Tempur-pedic customer service is just shuffling me back to where I purchased the bed at Ashley furniture I can never ever reach anyone except for a customer service representative that says they will try to get in touch with the store by email and have them give me a call. That never happens.
I never have ever ever ever. Gotten a call back from anyone from Ashley furniture so when I turned to temper pedic the only response I get from them is sorry not our problem.

I have arthritis and osteoporosis so to me its very important to have a mattress that is comfy. I call weekly to customer service. Ive gone into the store several times and spoke to the manager. I never get an answer.
I never get a call back and now its after the 90 day trial. And they say I cant get a refund or a new mattress and when I started this process, I was in that 90 day window.

The company's official position seems to be "too bad, so sad"
We have another mattress that we are thrilled with and is over 15 years old. So, we figured that the warranty process would be simple and straightforward. Boy, were we wrong! After jumping through a million hoops with the photos using a broom and a quarter, we submitted the claim.
Imagine my surprise when we were denied due to a small stain on the top mattress cover (which does not go down to the next level of the bed). The model is no longer available for sale, and there are a lot of negative reviews now on the website about similar issues.
My husband and I are both on disability and can't afford to just go out and buy another mattress - especially when we still owe a little bit on THIS one. We just want our mattress replaced.

I went for a split king. I paid the day I was sold it and then I got a prescription because its for my back.
They changed the contract to a flat king. I had sent my son in law to sign cause he was in midland. I was at work.
Also I have an email for a refund and they wont give me the whole refund for the prescriptions. I just want them to pick it up and give me back my money.

I made an order for a mattress, pillows, and a 5" foundation on July 7th. July 8th I called them to request a change in the order to a 2" foundation.
They charged me $175 to make that change. The delivery date was set for Saturday, August 10th. The delivery people showed up with the mattress and pillows but they only had the options of a 5" or a 9" foundation on the truck, neither of which were what I needed or paid for to exchange in the order so they were not taken off of the truck and the delivery guys made note of that for me. It was not their fault.
So then I had to call and contact customer service again to request that they please deliver the correct 2" foundation that failed to be delivered. I also requested that they refund me the $175 they charged me since the exchange was apparently not made. I have waited 3 months for this foundation only to have them tell me that I have to receive it on a Wednesday or a Friday, no other option and would not accommodate me to deliver on Saturday again. I am a single mom that works full time and can not afford to take a day off work to fix this delivery issue that is Tempur-Pedic's fault.
I tried to email several times to no avail so I used a rare 15 minute break at work to call customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. The lady on the phone claimed that she was a supervisor and that there was nothing they could do for me. My only choice was to lose income in order to get my foundation. So, I told her to refund me the money and I will never use Tempur-Pedic again.
What a horrible disgrace of "customer service." I have been without a foundation and waiting all of this time for y'all to remedy your mistake and you refused to do it.
She dared to put the blame on me for making the original order for a 5". Very rude and rigid and wrong.
Preferred solution: I hate their business and never want to give them my business again. People should know they are awful to their customers.

It has taken 8 1/2 months to file my warranty for my mattress, every time I submit my pic's, they would claim they need more pics, i have submitted more than 150 pics, they still wanted more, with my receipt , bed tag. With no response i ask to speak with manager Marty Korse hung up on me, stating they can't move forward until I submit more pics, I inform him that I have sent over a 100 pics, he stated that until I submit the additional information he couldn't help me, so I submitted more pics with a quarter, still no response for my warranty, I paid over $10,000 for these sunken mattress, I believe that the warranty Dept take customers through this lame process, hoping customer would give up, I not giving up until temper pedic honor their commitment to their warranty process, can't get through to their so call corp office, send several emails to corp with no reply after months of trying to resolve this ridiculous situation, I came to the conclusion
they don't care about their customers, temper pedic only cares about money, only care about ripping their customers off with their obscene over the top prices for their products, prices don't match their poor quality for their products, it's more than obvious temper don't want to honor their commitment to their customers, they will take you through all this back N forth for their own warranty commitment, to finally stop replying to emails , marty korse hung up on me several times The other manager claim he would help was John Stith only to ignore all my emails to him.
What a JOKE this company is an fraud. I will NEVER recommend anyone to temper pedic, poor quality, poor workmanship, poor customer service.
