Told a salesman we were looking for a new mattress but we did have a problem with a 7 year or king size. He said to call and 888 number and sugggested we wouldn't be covered by the warrantee. Nice huh?

TempurPedic in Los Angeles, California - I wake up with back pain daily

We bought a king size Tempurpedic from Ashley's. the first 6 moths was great then the mattress start sinking from the left and right side where we sleep and there is a hump in the middle of it. We contacted Ashley's the referred us to tempurpedic, a guy came to check it out he said it's going lower but not lower enough to do anything about it. I wake up with back pain everyday, I start sleeping in the guest room. I will never ever recommend this trash to anyone. It's over priced for garbage product.

Don't buy Tempurpedic, poor durability

I purchased a king size Tempur-pedic Rhapsody memory foam mattress five years ago. The top memory we loved it for 2 years but then the memory foam became less and less supportive where we slept. Rotating did not help. This mattress was ridiculously expensive to last well for less than two years. The Temporpedic warranty is worthless the way it's written. DO NOT BUY TEMPURPEDIC.

TempurPedic guarantees its customers 90 nights trial for the mattresses. In this case you should contact the TempurPedic customer service by phone 800-821-6621.

However, as you are using it more, you should take into consideration the TempurPedic warranty policy.

They provide warranties from 1 up to 25 years and there are limitations to the warranties. You may find more information in the article "Top TempurPedic Questions"
