Customer service
I tried to file a warranty exchange. They denied stating I had cut the blue cover on my mattress - that it is completely sewn on.
Mine has a zipper around half of it and never cut or altered.
I don't understand why you wouldn't know your own product when working in warranty department. Tried to call customer service and of course on hold for FOREVER and no one ever calls back when leave phone number.
Preferred solution: replacement

Broken Bed constant promises
Split King was delivered. Delivery boy stripped the leg on one bed.
Said in a few days bring a new one.
It has been almost 3 weeks now and I CANNOT get anyone to fix this bed they screwed up on delivery. BBB of FLORIDA here I come
Preferred solution: Fix the damn bed they broke that I paid 6,000 for. Broke it upon delivery and stiiiillllll waiting

The company canceled my order and then apologized and the item still has never arrived. I have called and emailed probably 100 times, the company does not care for customer service or their customers at all.
It is worse than buying from China.
Buyer beware. See that 90% of the customer reviews are negative.

My mattress has a huge dip
The warranty department is being very difficult. I have a dip on the right hand side of my mattress and off the edge and a slight hump in the middle so I sent pictures of the broom handle with the quarter to show the dip but that isnt working for them they want the broom across the bed with a Quarter in the middle where the hump is which will NOT show the 3/4-1inch dip. Grrrrr !!!Also they want to charge me to send a rep out because the pictures are not reliable!!
When we bought this the hype was firmness and warranty not actually the case guess its time to look for a different brand that honor their warranty with out all this hassle.
User's recommendation: Do not buy Tempur-Pedic!! The warranty process is just impossible to get with just pictures! Try Beauty Rest Hybrid they are very reputable

I purchased a bed and frame through Mattress Firm. No issues with them, theyve been great.
My first choice didnt work out.. no worries, they swapped it out with no issue. My beef is with my second choice mattress and the manufacturer, TEMPUR PEDIC.
After having the mattress for about 8 months, it started to form rips/ cracks that were ripping in the top layer of the bed. I was told, no problem, its warranted so you can switch it out.
Fine. I go through all the hoop jumping they require, pics, pics, pics with and without a yard stick and quarters to show size and depth of cracks. It started on one side, and now is in the other. Ive flipped this heavy mattress trying to keep it from getting worse.
They argued with me that it wasnt a TEMPUR, but a beauty rest. I sent pics of the paper work AGAIN, showing close ups saying on the labels that its a TEMPUR. More pics of my receipt and the law tag. FINALLY after months of a run a round, they finalize and put my warranty through.
When I decided the first mattress choice didnt work, and chose to exchange it for a different mattress, I understood why I would be charged taxes and shipping fees.
There was nothing actually wrong with the first mattress, except that I didnt like it after doing the trial sleep period. FINE.
However, I have this TEMPUR that has worked well, its been comfortable, I can sleep well on it, I was happy with it. But NOW it has to be returned because its falling apart. At no fault of mine.
But when youve paid thousands ( a once in a lifetime chance for me) for a mattress that was what I was looking for, was actually comfortable, AND I was assured it wouldnt be an issue to use the warranty if I really had to, because TEMPUR PEDIC is really good at taking care of their customers, and following through on their product.
Yet here I am, a $$$$mattress falling apart after 8 months ( its supposed to last at least 10 years according to all the info printed by the company), living on disability, a senior, who decided that for once in my life I wanted a decent bed to sleep on, not some cheap piece of bull that killed my back, shoulders, and hips, and Im faced with having to go through all this. On top of that, they want to charge taxes and shipping ($3xx+) on a replacement that I shouldnt have had to get! Im not a rich woman! $3xx+ is more than 1/3 of my monthly check.
This does NOT seem right or fair to me. Its THEIR product that is defective, and I have done nothing wrong or in creating the problem. Yet I have to pay fees out of pocket for ANOTHER mattress, when Ive already paid taxes and shipping on the original. NO!
NO! NO! This is the problem today with businesses. There is no recourse for the consumer if a company wants to nickle and dime you to death!
Its not my fault that THEIR product is a lemon, or was damaged in transit to my location, whatever the issue may be. THEY need to figure out why this product has fallen apart. And I have to continue to sleep on a mattress that is falling apart until I can get the amount they want for taxes and shipping together. Itll take me several months.
THIS SHOULDNT BE THIS HARD OR THIS STRESSFUL!! I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN BUY FROM TEMPUR PEDIC, nor will I ever tell anyone to buy from them.
If asked for a opinion about my experience with Tempur and their product, as well as how theyve handled all of this, I WILL CERTAINLY GIVE IT! NOT HAPPY!!!

TEMPUR PEDIC CHARGES AN OBSCENE AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS. HERES A THOUGHT..REINVEST THAT MONEY IN THE COMPANYS CUSTOMER SERVICES AND TECHNICIAL ASSISTANCE!!!
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE.
WILL BE RETURNING THE BED AND GO ELSEWHERE. IT WILL BE WORTH LOSING THE $250!!!

Verified BuyerAwful customer service / ridiculous no return policy even for unopened items
I wish I could give a no star because that is what Tempur-Pedic deserves. I intended to order a King Size mattress topper but according to Tempur-Pedic I ordered a Queen size topper for which I have no use.
I did not open the box and asked Tempur-Pedic to exchange it for a King topper. Their customer service is ridiculous and their staff are like a bunch of broken records stating they have a no return policy.
I would avoid doing business with them at all cost. Judging by the consistency of their poor reviews the company clearly does not care about their customers.

Parts ordered on 13 June, repaired schuled for 20 June. No response from repair vendor.
Called CS was told 1 part was on back order will arrive on 30 June.
Called CS was told all would be resolved my Monday 3 July, no contact from repair vendor, or Temp Pedic. Called today 7July TP CS , more promising now promised repair will be completed Monday 10 July.

My mattress has a huge dip
Contacted the company last week to find serial number ( our tag with serial number was not inside the zipper unfortunately it was on the outside and got ripped off by the movers) and got a ticket number and was told they would contact us via email within 2-3 days still havent heard from them and it has been 5 days!

Remote control issues
My remote apparently went into child lock. Its taking me a month to get it fixed for me by calling customer service at Tempur-pedic.
I called my warranty company did absolutely nothing for me. Not sure what Im paying for have even called consumer affairs to complain about the service Ive received.
Fortunately, Tempur-pedics customer service was exceptional and we were able to resolve the problem on the phone

Terrible. Absolutely no follow up from the order mgt team.
I called customer service, they said order mgt team was responsible for warranty claims. Its been 10 business days and still have not been contacted.

Tech hasnt come to install headboard brackets.. He calls and says *** be here but never shows.
Plus the last Tempur-Pedicure customer service rep I spoke was very rude.. I suggest you terminate contact with tech and get some who shows up.
Please refund my money.

My mattress is only eight months old and I have nothing but dimples in it. I dont even mattress heard on one side soft on the other the mattress sucks. I only weigh 107 pounds theres no way I can even create this kind of mess Im a bad.
