I bought my Tempurpedic 5 years ago - it sags, one side is softer than the other, I get up with a back ached every morning except when I'm traveling and not sleeping on it. I called customer service and spoke to the rudist person ever.

They want you to take a picture of the variance - have you ever tried to do that? My advice, if you haven't bought a Tempurpedic - Don't . I'm going to pursue the Claim so stay tuned and let's see what they come up with.
