We bought the cloud lux supreme aka softest one based on one we laid on in store in 12/2013. What we got was nothing like it.

We spoke to the store and they said it takes time & to walk on the bed to break it in. So I did. After a year, still hard so we tried a warranty claim and nope, denied saying that it was a comfort issue. We decided to deal with it and bought a 3” foam topper to put on just so we could survive sleeping on it til it’s paid for.

So now that it’s paid for we tried again. Denied again. Just thought we’d try before we throw it away. That piece of $3000 *** is going out to the curb.

We ordered a Purple (purple series 3 ) mattress today, and it has a100% guaranty of Love it or return it for a full refund.

They say to sleep on it at least 30 nights. (Have 100 days to return)

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
